Exciting announcement from Inspyr

Effective November 15, 2024, Inspyr is very pleased to announce that it has acquired the business assets of Team Excellence, Inc. (TEI).

These proprietary assets include PSI (Personal Strengths Inventory) and the Team Covenant™. Inspyr has been an avid client and active champion of TEI’s award-winning Team Covenant philosophy and organizational approach for the past 12 years to build cultures of relational transparency and trust. We are looking forward to building on TEI’s 40 plus years of OD experience and legacy by enabling clients to strengthen and sustain engaging and productive workplace cultures.

In this regard and in conjunction with TEI, we have been working hard to make our contribution even stronger with an enhanced engagement tool for clients to support their managers and employees. During first quarter of 2025, Inspyr will introduce an improved technologically enhanced platform for the delivery of PSI and the Team Covenant™. No longer just a one-time assessment survey portal, PSI’s new desktop management system will supplement and support clients’ human resource teams ability to train and coach their workforce. It will increase our clients’ HR manpower capabilities without additional staff and allow them to leverage the application of the Team Covenant strategy.  This represents a significant cost savings to each of our clients.

We’re also introducing “Charlie”, our new proprietary AI feature, that will allow managers and employees to continuously learn how to improve their own behaviour and performance, as well as strengthen their interpersonal relationships with fellow employees and their leadership teams. An optional PSI Team of Two Report feature will give employees an on-demand desktop capability to retrieve a nonjudgmental comparison of themselves with any other employee or manager. This leading-edge communication and team building tool will strongly reinforce organisational leadership and commitment to an inclusive team culture of relational transparency and trust.

Inspyr will also be retaining Mr.Randy Hopkins, founder of TEI, in a consulting role for the foreseeable future to draw on his considerable knowledge and experience.
