Since 2007, Inspyr has provided comprehensive training in Building Resilience to Deal Flexibly with Change. Our training is based on the work of Dr L Michael Hall who modelled resilience in 1994 to uncover the complex state of resilience and its multiple components. This work by Dr Hall led to the development of his Meta-States model of reflexivity and the fields of Neuro-Semantics and Meta-Coaching.

This program supports participants in:

Understanding the complex state of resilience and its multiple components;

Applying these components to strengthen awareness of self and others and individual and team resilience;

Being response-able and developing a robust sense of self;

Understanding the process of change, how each of us respond differently and how we can build flexibility in responding to change;

Getting to the heart of strengthening our emotional intelligence through managing our emotional responses to access highly resourceful emotional states;

Understanding how successful organisations thrive during adversity.
